Been affected during business division from Mwandoki Enterprise to New vision stores it was a thought to me what next step. I had in mind Mwaniki will automatically sale the business to his friend Mbungua the hardware owner. If Mwaniki wishes to throw me to wrong business person I was in a risk to loose job.

I did the purchasing us usual. That day we bought products worth kshs.3M . That evening we travelled together with Mwaniki to voi . He was coming to check the available stock . While we we’re Offloading the stock’s I heard Mwaniki commenting about the sale, ” I can’t lend shop to someone who will mistreat my long service staff.” This made me proud to know my performance was excellent.

In the evening while we were closing the business, Mwaniki informed me he needs we have meeting before leaving to Nairobi. It was unusual to me because we used to have normal talks now meeting of two peoples. The meeting took place in famous hotel know us fine breeze. We discussed various buyers. For the all buyers my favorite buyer had no funds but could commit himself to settle in instalment while running the business. Now I was to stand with the buyer and grantee Mwaniki surety of receiving his full amount on time.

Every end month I had taught myself to do shop stock taking due to Kenya revenue authority monthly return reports. I presented the report to Mwaniki and accepted to use the figure to sale property. Immediately he confirmed to stop banking until he advice. I was left to compile the shop stock report ready to present to the buyer. Mwaniki believed and trusted my doings. Remember I was the one who presented the Mwandoki division report and  the parties agreed on it.
