GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

All employees are adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the organization. We will learn the five of them and comment more on comment section for awareness.

  1. COURTESY :- It is therefore of the utmost importance that all the employees must be polite at all times. Try also to get to know the visits or clients names and use it when addressing him/her this creates an impression of caring.
  2. REPORTING ON DUTY :- Each employee is required to start work on time . Delays in reporting for duty must be explained to the time office and the head of department.
  3. ABSENCE FROM DUTY :- If you are unable to report on duty for any reason , notify the Human Resource Officer and give the reason for your absence and when you will be able to report to work.
  4. CLOCKING IN AND OUT :- Your time card must always be clocked at the time office , every time you enter or leave the company. It is strictly forbidden to punch another employee’s timecard.
  5. UNIFORMS AND NAME TAGS :- Uniforms issued to staff remain the property of the company and must therefore be handled with care. The company requires all staff to have name tags for easy identification by clients who visit the organization also at the field exercise.
