We are All Followers or Leaders

There’s always questions arise in all countries when it comes to society leadership. A community usually tries to figure whether to choose a follower of a big political party or a leader without basing the party issues.

To identify a follower is very easy but knowing a leader becomes tricky. A leader needs followers while followers need benefit from a leader. The benefits makes it difficult knowing if the leader will do proper leadership or only will change after acquiring the position.

The followers can remain faithful to the leader if there is surety of continuous benefits. In the most cases a follower becomes a trap for a leader. A leader should have more than a follower. We only need to know we are all leaders depending on the level of service or time of responsibility.

What do I mean by responsibility?

Responsibility is the task to be undertaken. The tasks elaborates the financial capability of the individual. The wealthy benefit the title of a leader. Here community ignore the availability, awareness and Monitorisation of the whole process of selecting a desired leader.

Most of the country go wrong in leadership due to ignorance of very important things. If you don’t need to fall trap in selection, avoid treasure or value when considering a leader. Followers consider availability and sequence.
