It was Monday morning, I was required to report to classes at 10.pm also begin the new business. But there was no proper information about how I should operate the business. First I required to have cashier and second a selling person. I decided to call mwaniki for proper elaborate information how we should begin the business.

The call rang several times before it was picked, there was greetings, jokes about the Saturday. Then I explained and gave the idea what I preferred. Mwaniki agreed, same day he ensured one cashier was transferred from his Nairobi business to Voi town . I choose to go to college that day.

On Tuesday I had cashier and a seller person. We agreed they will be merchandisers for the shop. The business activities began by removing products from store to the shop shelves pricing and displaying. I took the part of management and marketing the business.

It was a good growth to me. I was capable to begin a  business from scratch, organise the staffs, agree on renumeration and divide responsibilities. I saw great development in my life been an eye for someone. Having trust is easy maintaining and keeping it not a joke need a lot of devotion.

We displayed the products and pricing, while doing this we were also doing sales for the pass by shoppers. At the end of the business we had sold ksh. 18,000 was so good and when I informed Mwaniki . He appreciated the effort.
