I was so surprised by finding out most people are so productive doing things out of there career. You will find a doctor surgeon who is so unpredictable in the line of duty whether is there or not. He doesn’t like to be involved in the line of duty always dedicating duties while a way. But the same doctor is very perfect in farming he ensure during bush clearing, planting, weeding, plants treatment and harvesting he is present on the shamba. He has fully dedicated himself in the wrong career.
I thought it’s only in Kenya but learned that this is a world problem and is created by government of the country. The most popular reason was salary unpredictable payment date’s. The employees can’t predict when will be next renumeration. The second discouraging was the scale of salary is low demo lorises the whole activities thus making job placements in all organisations very high. The private sectors are trying to replace the gap by giving employee less working hours so that he can attend to that part time job which is not his career. So is it right?
What should be focused by the human resource department is wage scale of the employees and there importance of employees time.
