I was at class on Wednesday afternoon when Mwaniki rang two times but I was unable to pick due the tutor was in class and teaching was going on.
I was so disturbed by the call, I couldn’t follow the teachings well I thought it could be wise I go out and get the information. When I was outside I just biped and immediately Mwaniki called back.
This was the information,” on Friday night I will be coming, your in law has decided we share the products because most of the items in the shop present are dead stock so he can’t give cash on the dead stock.” Prepare a place where we can put the products after the sharing. That’s was the end of the conversation, I was given a task to look for store.
It was a short time task which required research. In the evening after my classes I went to town center where the other business was. I visited several house agents but there was no good store.
Luckily on Thursday while I had gone to pay for my mother electric I meet one woman who has several houses in town and also the one next to the power lighting company office belonged to her. The house was closed. The woman had no much discussion, We agreed on the rent issues and within the day I had received cash from Mwaniki and sorted the her.
Mwaniki had created friendship with Mbungua who had a timber sales workshop in town so house payment was easily done.
Same Thursday , Mwaniki had to send his carpentry staff’s from Nairobi to come and shelve the room and the store. I received them on Friday morning, we went to Mbungua prepared the timber blocks and shelving began immediately. I didn’t go to classes on Friday it was a busy day for me to ensure all activities are completed before Mwaniki arrived.
