Stock taking was well done full day on Saturday and it was a bit easy due that month there was laxity of stock purchase as usual months. It seems there was misunderstanding from the management itself so stock was not much.

As the usual activity I had to combine the report for a week. The two peoples who had come for the exercise had to go back on Monday night. I had to prepare the report and present it to the shareholders so that I can have fully handed over the business running to the new manager.

It was on the following thursday evening when I received a call from Mwaniki to travel to Nairobi on Friday evening so that I can present the report. I had expected a call from my in law but that didn’t happen. The week went well selling the available stock , everyone was not aware of the next step .

On Friday evening I took a bus to Nairobi. I had targeted to be in Nairobi at morning then afternoon I board the bus back to Voi due there was no stock purchase to be done. I just counted that to be the end of my working with Mwandoki enterprise.

It was surely a nice trip . Why was it nice? Immediately I arrived I received a call from Mwaniki to meet at a certain hotel which was near railway round about. I thought he was alone that time but my in law was already there too.

Presented to them the report of the current stock during stock taking and the debts of the enterprise still unpaid.They viewed the report and after completion my in law responded it’s okay and now you can go back to college full time Jack will take over the management. I didn’t respond but Mwaniki stated clearly,if shuma is not in the business I will request you give me back my shares you take the business.

After the meeting as I was going towards the bus station Mwaniki rang and told me to wait him at the stage. Notice that my in-law didn’t even have interest on me whether I get mean to go home or accompany him. He was so satisfied that he has fired me. I was fired without salary and update I have never received the payment.

Mwaniki came at the chania bus booking station where I was waiting. He picked me from there and he drove to kawangare village where he had a business. On the way we discussed several ways which he could assist me to be in business again. One was to open a new business venture that’s bags collection and second idea was to reopen the same business in different locations.

We left the discussion at that point and promised to call me in a week time.
