It reaches a time you have to act human and forget the difference. When I noticed the communication was disconnected I took a great stride to inform Mwaniki on the business updates and introduction of a new manager from my brother in law.
Mwaniki got furious of the report and just told me just be keen on the business I will communicate to you back when I get in touch with in law. It was almost closing time so we started returning display in store for security reasons.
While we were counting the sales cash , I received a call from my in law again stating that the new manager Jack is almost to the stage. I said alright and immediately we completed the sales audit I went to the stage to receive Jack.
I had a room in Kariakor area where I used to sleep and acted as my private room for studies. I decided to give Jack a decent welcome to the room to avoid lodge costs. So Jack has arrived and room handed over. I had to go back to my mother’s house, growth was reversed and home was the right place to begin again.
That evening Mwaniki just informed me on the weekend do the stock taking of the business, I will be sending two peoples to assist you on the exercise then let me receive the report next weekend in Nairobi we will be together with your in law.
Coming morning we began our duty as normal and happened that I had very busy schedule in the college so I had very minimal time in the business. I ensured all activities were running well and sales audit I did very evening.
It was on Friday evening when two people came from Nairobi for the activity of stock taking. The exercise began on Saturday .
