Companies have created a pattern to motivate there employee by creating enjoyment time for all staff’s which promote bonding and removes staff grouping behaviors. Bonding creates self awareness, weakness understanding, self relationship and staff get room for expressing. In the part the management usually picks staff talents which helps to grow the company. The grouping behaviors lowers production in the company it creates resistance in pursuing towards certain goal.
I really enjoyed working in one company where this was a normal activity program in there calendar.
