Who do you want to become when you grow up?
This question is usually asked in a certain age and mostly in junior classes in schools. It got my attention when we had attended a seminar and meet with long childhood friends. Most of us or all we were in the wrong ambition we anticipated at young age. The most amazing is that no child says he/ she wants to be like her mother or his father. Do children see the suffering the parents undergo thus avoiding to become us their parents?
We usually face a lot of challenges while climbing the ladder there is no smooth environment for growth while learning moreover be directed to the core ambition. Other thing is the family lifestyle and circumstances which render performance.
If the government could render education free and proper management of institution this could lead to 90 percent transition of children to there future ambitions.
